This is not heavy duty. Once you insert, lock and pull to tighten the head breaks off easily…not sure how the supplier calls it heavy duty. The thickness is also not adequate for this claim. I had white ones from other supplier which is better than this one just could not use as length was less so had to buy these longer ones.I had to use 2 of them in place of 1….not sure for how long it will hold….
